The convex, ice hardened edge can retain its sharpness for a long time, and the handle is ergonomically designed making it slip-resistant, comfortable and convenient for cutting, dicing and slicing. The hollow handle is filled with sand to give the knife an ideal weight for a perfect balance.
The blade of the Global G-2 Knife is manufactured from a special high-tech mixture of chromium, vanadium, and molybdenum stainless steel making it possible for the edge to retain its sharpness just as good as brand new. The edge can be sharpened with a whetstone. The knife’s high chromium content provides it outstanding resistance to staining, corrosion, and rust.
The Global G-2 Knife is lighter and comes with thinner blades compared to than traditional European-style knives.
